We arrived at the Culane House hotel after a mistake booking in a previous hotel. We got to the hotel and were met by a very warm welcome. The staff are brilliant very friendly and efficient. Our room was lovely spotlessly clean and perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was very tasty and lots to choose from. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel that took you everywhere you needed to go. All in all we had a lovely stay and would definately recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Edinburgh City Center easily accessible by bus. We enjoyed our stay.
Location seemed to be in a bit of a rough part of town, but it was safe enough to walk around at night. Shower was terrible. Drainage in shower was poor..Water changed temperature constangly, from cold to scalding, every few seconds.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The hotel was very clean and tidy and on the main bus route into town - 10 min journey approx.
The only downside to this hotel is that you cannot open the bedroom windows and the room became too hot during the night and no access to fresh air.

The spacious ground floor room featured large windows with beautiful views of the park, tastefully decorated with elegant artwork and furnishings. A comfortable bed complemented the excellent ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The friendly service, particularly from the helpful receptionist, added to the enjoyable experience. The vibrant area offered plenty of dining options, including hand-cut steaks, and free parking was a significant plus.

The staff was thoughtful plus the location was quiet and handy. And the area was very nice, right by the harbour, " Nauticus " and Leith bars and restaurants.

There's a cozy feel to this hotel, with a kind staff and beautifully designed rooms. Breakfast could use improvement, and the location makes it a bit of a trek to the city center. The overall experience is enjoyable, but a few refinements would enhance it significantly.
